Diamante offers a comfortable and luxurious travel experience, with many users praising the spacious seating, cleanliness, and scenic routes. The service is often seen as an excellent alternative to flying between CDMX and Acapulco. However, some reviews mention issues like limited refreshments options, broken amenities such as leg recliners or charging ports not being easily found. Despite these occasional drawbacks, Diamante remains a popular choice for its overall comfort and convenience.

Very comfortable bus with nice amenities - only issue was lack of USB charging facilities on bus even though their information said their buses had these. However, even with this one issue, I was very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them to others.

We choose Diamante because of the luxury bus experience. This one was below standards. Refreshments were limited to 2 choices, coffee machine in lobby was broken, chairs on bus noisily rattled and leg recliner was broken. Guests on bus were loud and obnoxious, lifting feet onto my chair which resulted in my head being kicked twice before I smacked their feet off. I know that Diamante had no control over this, but it would have been not as hard if my chair wasn't broken and could at least have rested on the trip.

I didn't get to have it. Flight was delayed and there is no way to contact the bus company to change the ride. I had to purchase tickets again. Will not be using this service again.
