Excellent bus driver. Seats too cramped, especially for those who put their seat all the way

The driver was cool and helpful. He asked for a QR code at first. I didn't have it handy, so he simply asked for my name and told me my seat number. I didn't like being told a seat, since my ticket didn't mention one. That's not a big deal, though.

Our bus driver was very upbeat and clearly wanted to be helpful. Signage for finding this bus at Yorkdale Station though... kinda abysmal... but the bus driver made me forget all about how annoying it was to be lost more than once wandering in circles looking for the stop. Actually all of the staff are very helpful. Which again was fortunate as it was very uncertain where the bus was actually going to land. Signage on the stairway under construction world Akari new handy.

The bus left the station 10 minutes early. Horrible experience

The night before I was to travel, the trip was cancelled. I booked a second ticket for the next day, and it was also cancelled. Their only explanation both times was “unforseen circumstances”. The same circumstances cannot be unforeseen twice in a row.

I've bought a ticket that was supposed to be refundable, but I had to buy a different ticket for my journey, so I bought a new one and this one broke down and we had to wait for an hour to start our journey

The information I was given was misleading and I wasn’t able to find my bus and missed my trip entirely

The driver was great but I almost missed the ride because there was no signage to find the pick up point and the vehicle was an unmarked black van, not a bus! Should be called a shuttle van and have a sign, as well as having signage at the pick up area.

2 of the seats had room for only one of your legs, no bathroom, and was $80 for the ticket. It was maple bus too not Nordic. Very very unhappy

The ride in the bus was just fine. finding where the bus stops was extremely stressful. No signs where the pick up would be. I had no cell and no internet. Nobody in the shopping centre was able to tell me exactly where the bus waits.
