Terrible. Our bus was like an hour late coming into Union Station and about 15 of us missed our connection to our next stop... I tried contacting Flixbus to tell them that we were stuck behind traffic but very close to the station to see if we could get them to wait for us, but by the time we got there (5 min past the scheduled time), the bus had left. I ended up having to purchase a separate ticket for $50 because their solution was to offer a free fare the next morning at 6 am... Will not be using again.

Cheap price. Uniquely small seats on 12 c/d compared to other seats around. Other passenger blasted their phones. Lastly, the outlet did not work.

My bus trip from Toronto Pearson Airport (Terminal 1) to London – Downtown on October 16, 2025 was delayed by more than two hours.
It was supposed to arrive at 11:30 p.m., but I didn’t get to London until around 1:50 a.m.
The delay caused extra costs for transportation and accommodation.

They driver was late and there was no timely communication to that. The first bus was in good condition except that the plugs were not working and I couldn't charge my phone. The second bus we transfer to did not have plugs at all and it was smelling of urine.
