The bus arrived with a flat tire. The driver was unable to confirm when the bus would be repaired or replaced (not his fault). As our the trip was time sensitive we had no choice but to make alternative arrangements and drove to Kingston incurring additional costs. Under the circumstances we believe a refund or a credit would be justified.

I missed my bus despite running after it, trying to flag it down! I was walking to it at 3:29 (can check cameras at VIA rail Ottawa) very upset by this. I tried to get another bus but the next one wasn’t until 8-9 hours later same day :( person manning the flix bus was away from their post so could not call the bus despite seeing it visually driving away

Driver announced about not taking a break then didn’t stop in Kingston until I reminded him my stop was Kingston. He then proceeded to ask why I didn’t tell him when he made the announcement even though he asked me my stop before I got off the bus. He proceeded to drop me off on the side of the road beside the 401 exit. I’m disappointed with his response and attitude for his error.

The bus was clean and very comfortable. Having only 3 seats per row makes a huge difference in the width of the aisle and the seats. The bus driver was friendly and helpful, and provided a smooth and stress free ride the entire trip. One of if not the best coach driver I have ever been driven by. Five stars for her, 6 if I can add an extra.
