I was glad the the bus was on time from the departure point as a result, it arrived earlier at the destination point.
It was disgusting that, there was a strong urine smell coming from the toilet inside the bus. I suggest that toilet be disinfected before leaving their offices.
The other thing that I disliked, is that, the drivers were speaking in soft voice without loud speaker, when notifying the passengers of the stoping points

I was supposed to disembark in Uitenhage from bellville, the bus did not go to Uitenhage they left me in Colchester along the way, I demand a portion of the amount to be refunded to me because I had to spend more than R100 extra to transport myself from Colchester to Uitenhage...im very dissapointed

Bus was 6 hours Delayed and the service at the station was very poor. We were standing in line by 6 when we had to board we were still sending from one quee to the next. They should have been honest about the delay. No communication nomeal voucher for 6 hour delay. The service was just bad, I know things happen for delays but proper communication would have helped.
