I booked for Sunday the 29th of Jan 2023. The time of the departure was 6:45 pm from Bellville. On Sunday they emailed and smsed us to say the bus time has changed to leave Bellville at 4pm. So we rush to get there on time But the bus actually came at 7:30pm. 4 hours waiting, no apologies, nothing, just rude behavior from the conductor and people on the bus.
