The bus was an hour late according the stipulated time upon booking. Some confusion between two drivers and their coordinator on call had two busses take longer to depart. No clear communication from the driver on what was happening unless we asked, we had to ask those who could hear the native language used. Bus very spacious but less ventilation. Safe driving however.

I had bad experience ever,the bus came at 22:05 instead of 21:15,it got stuck for 4 hours no explanation we had to get out of the bus and ask what’s happening,I don’t I will use intercity again.Poor service.

The bus drivers are rude to passenger and other motorist.the driver from mokopane to pretoria on wednesday was using his cellphone whilst driving.The driver from amanzimtoti was swearing at customers and motorist very rude didnt even want to help passengers when they asked for help.
