The driver that took us to Newcastle was so rude 😤 I don't remember his name but I asked whether the last stop was shell garage or nor the answer that I got even some passengers were shocked

The charging ports did not accommodate different types of cables. Many charging ports weren’t working so we had to use other people’s ports and take turns. I’m not sure if this is a Tour Liner issue though because I booked Intercape but got a TourLiner bus. The driver didn’t stop often enough between stops for us to use the bathrooms and get snacks, or he would stop for a very short time (enough just to use the bathroom). The driver also had the air conditioner on so it was very cold in the bus.
On the bright side, the seats were on the more comfortable side and wide. Generally, the bus itself was nice and clean.

Bus was very clean inside and out, lavatory was clean and had no bad odor, driver and assistant were very kind and funny, the ride was very smooth, could use a bit more leg room, otherwise I love the Big Sky Mainliner bus.
