Ottawa to Kingston was great. Once boarding Kingston bus we sat for an hour before anyone telling us what was going on. Then half an hour for a mechanic. Then another half an hour. No apologies, no updates on when we would arrive, awful experience.

At a drop off, I left the shuttle to go to the bathroom. There were only four of us in the shuttle. When I came back outsides, the bus driver left me with my things on the bus. When I called him he said he was not going to turn around. My husband had to call the driver and threaten him leaving me in -19 degree weather without my things. The driver turned around. Absolute worst experience. Don’t use this company.

Little to no heat and no insulation (hole in the wall, could tell) in the van, for a -20 degree day, got out of the van and my toes were genuinely blue. Honestly, borderline unsafe. Seats were tiny, and we were provided 2 different pickup addresses, leaving us in a guessing game until the van arrived.
