Bus Tickets from Ottawa to Yorkdale Bus Terminal

The ride was smooth despite delays caused by the weather. My only complaint that made the ride less satisfying was the fact that the driver wouldn’t let us leave the bus during our breaks. I understand that the driver may have had previous bad experiences with former passengers, but he stopped for a break TWICE and didn’t let anyone get off. Yes there was a bathroom in the bus, but I believe that passengers should be allowed to leave, stretch their legs, use the washrooms outside if the one in the bus is occupied, or grab a snack at a nearby convenience store. I was really dissapointed and I’ve never seen a driver do this when taking the bus with other companies. This was my first time taking Flix Bus, and I really hope that this isn’t a policy that all your drivers have and that this was just a one time thing

Outlets did not work, no wifi even though the booking said there would be, bus was very cold

The bus was clean and comfortable, however, it was really hard getting in and out of the bathroom because there is a seat in the back preventing the door from opening fully.

Terrible experience was supposed to arrive at my location at 8:50 PM instead arrived at 1:40am driver made multiple stops along the side of the road which made me and other passengers feel very unsafe and as well took extensive breaks will never be using this service again please believe the bad reviews online

Delayed by 3.5 hours with little communication or updates of when the bus would be arriving or true length of the delays

It'was good, but next time like to have at least a 15 minutes break @ half way, especially the bus arrived 90minutes late.

The picking and drop stops are so weird no one can find it easily but the bus service is very good

The bus driver was very kind and helpful. The bus schedule is also very punctual. I didn’t like the the bus was dirty with coffee cups stashed on the window seats. Chewed gum on window seals. WiFi was not available on the top decker despite the message that the bus has WiFi running.

Waited 45 minutes in minus 20 cold before being notified bus is broken and a replacement bus would be another 45-55 minutes.

Horrible was yelled at by the driver bus broke down and the constant stopping and starting in traffic making me sick

The bus driver was absolutely fine but I have some complains about the bus, the bus was so dirty the mirrors were so dirty and also the heater was so bad and when I was booking the bus it showed a complete different bus and then a completely different one showed up I feel like I am scammed I paid 50 $ for this and the service was pretty bad and also there was no bathroom

The bus arrived so late... we have to endure the coldness in front of a pizza house at Redeau street at 7 o'clock in the morning

Both drivers were pleasant to deal with and the were able to get us to our destinations safely despite bad weather and difficult road conditions. Thanks for making the trip stress free for me 😄
