I didn't enjoy anything. The bus seats were not adjustable. The drivers had an attitude, driving like they are carrying bags of maize meal in the bus. Very poor service, I don't see myself taking intercape anywhere, ever!

Their service was good despite a little delay but over all they really gave a good service. I felt safe. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is I got a very bad seat, next to the toilet. Also sat next to obnoxious passengers who had no regard for others.

Please note that this was my first travel using your co. in future please advise your clients if the bus is going to be late on the agreed time. The bus was 1 hour late to arrive and again on arrival there were some issues and it took another 30 minutes to get another bus. If you can improve on communication your service will be super.The driver Nkomo if I am correct is good in communication and driving give him a Bells.
