They service on the bus was bad. People allowed their kids to occupy sears even though they did not pay.I bought a ticket for my child but she had to sit on my lap for 5 hours.The driver was unwilling to address the situation.I will not consider Intercape as a option for travel in future

It was a very unpleasant experience, as first they informed us that that the bus would arrive an hour late, but then we had to wait an additional 1hour :30 mins, the ride was cramped as they allowed passengers to have to much luggage with them.
We stopped to load people without tickets in every town and they sat in front of the bus without allocated seats or tickets, so I will never recommend eagleliner or use them again.
