The drive was satisfactory but the staff not very helpful. Bus arrived late at destination and I was pressed from time to get to the airport. I explained this to the driver and his response was everyone is waiting for the luggage. If another lady did not assist me I would have missed my flight to CT. I just about made it for my flight.
