Not only was the bus over an hour late to arriving at our destination, it also took us to the wrong spot in the city. We bought the tickets to take us to the airport, but instead it dropped us off at the bus station and the driver told us the don’t go to the airport (so why was it an option online??) we had to take a taxi to the airport which made us even more behind schedule then the bus had already set us. Almost missed our flight.

The bus I was supposed to take broke down due to a mechanical issue. The next bus that came was an hour later and I was forced to sit on the stairs for nearly 2 hours because there were not enough seats.
