For my 4.5hour journey I had a broken seat, the back was almost horizontal. I mentioned this to the conductor and he was ambivalent, bordering on rude. Clearly it’s a regular occurrence on their buses!
Additionally having been on several buses recently this was the dirtiest by far. I won’t travel with this company again.
