They were by the side of the road. It was difficult to find where the day before but we asked at the bus station. They were there early so we didn't have to wait around and set off on time. The driver was careful and safe, a toilet on board which was clean. We only stopped once just after the border for food, so bring snacks and water. Border crossing was well arranged. We did arrive 1 hour later but we had to change a tyre just before Salta.

Service left and arrived on time, seating was reasonably comfortable. No issues with baggage. Unfortunately there was an alarm/periodic dinging that sounded whenever the bus was moving which was not very conducive to sleeping. The toilet was functional but not very clean and had no hand washing facilities.

The comfort was exceptional and the drive felt very safe. The trip ended up over an hour later than expected due to long stops at the border. I am glad I had booked a connecting flight much later. An indication that the trip can be longer than the posted time would be helpful. I was grateful that the driver did not rush to make up the time.

My first trip to Mendoza with my husband, I bought second floor panoramic views, when we arrived at the terminal, they told me that our seats were 10,11 button floor!!! To make it worth! We were just behind the motor. I got sick with the noise, this supposed to be our last trip, my husband was diagnosed with dementia!! How sad he couldn't enjoy the views of Argentina and Chile. Totally disappointing.

Compared to other carriers they were very good. Buses ran on time. Seats were comfortable. Bathrooms kept clean. Added plus was having wifi.
