Passengers were informed that the bus leaving Barilochewas only going toOsorno, no information was provided as to transfer to Puerto Montt. The transfer was efficient and timely, though passengers should have been told what to expect.

This bus service has high potential but suffers from lack of attention to details. First of all, it arrived late for pickup. Then, it was dirty. The bathroom was filthy. And the people never were made to line up to board, it was a mess of people trying to enter first. Even the men cut in front of women. Nobody cared. What I like though, is that when we got off the bus, the driver was helpful in telling us where to go for the visa and bathrooms, that was very kind.

The seats were dirty. The seats were broken with many having no control over the recline. The power sockets at the seats were mostly broken. I only found one that was working. Poor.
