Find coaches from San Carlos de Bariloche to El Calafate

This is the worst company ever. We were notified the bus would leave 2-3 late. Then they pushed the time back another 4 hours. At around 3 in the afternoon after much back and fourth, we were told the bus was canceled and would leave until the next day. They put us up in a hotel at 6 pm after waiting at the bus since 7:30. The next day a bus arrived but it was a regular, not a bus with beds, as I had paid for.

It was good but would have been nice to be given a blanket for the journey like some of the other bus companies do

Dirty windows preventing the opportunity to take photos of the amazing landscape. Surly staff that made no effort to speak English or communicate at all - nothing regarding stops (ie for how long - did we have time to use the toilet, buy a drink etc - had to work this out for ourselves) - nothing re food so we had all bought ourselves food, then they dragged out something for dinner after we had all eaten!
