One of our Flecha Bus journeys was over crowded, with people standing in the aisle for hours. The seats are not very comfortable and the bus arrived later than scheduled on both trips

Patience in the boarding process, dealt with serious electrical problem in a timely manner, bus swap kept to 2hrs, arrived 3+hrs. late. No effort was made to help with future travels. A coupon for 5% will keep customers using your services.

It was good although we departed 30 minutes late. One thing that I didn’t like was they did not say where we were when we stopped. Most people know their stop but for foreigners who have never been before it can be difficult.

We missed the bus because Flecha Bus gave us incorrect information about the pick-up point on the ticket, the reminder and in the App. They then made us pay again to get a later bus. Once we got the bus the journey was fine
