Flechabus receives praise for its helpful staff and convenient stops, with some customers enjoying a great experience due to comfortable seating. However, there are reports of issues such as incorrect pick-up points, luggage handling concerns, and bus maintenance problems like leaking roofs and poor vehicle conditions.

This was my third trip with Flechabus and all were excellent. Quality of bus, driving performance and attention of the on-board host were first class. Food was better than many airlines too. A very happy customer who will use your services again.

Very disappointing experience traveling from Salta to Mendoza. Firstly, the baggage handler demanded a tip to put our baggage on board. Secondly, the bus was late leaving. Third, the toilets were unusable - completely disgusting and no toilet paper. Finally, the bus arrived 2 hours after its scheduled time, and the baggage handler unloading also demanded a tip to get our bags back(!)

Patience in the boarding process, dealt with serious electrical problem in a timely manner, bus swap kept to 2hrs, arrived 3+hrs. late. No effort was made to help with future travels. A coupon for 5% will keep customers using your services.

One of our Flecha Bus journeys was over crowded, with people standing in the aisle for hours. The seats are not very comfortable and the bus arrived later than scheduled on both trips
