Our guide was great even though he didn’t speak English, and us little Spanish. Assisted with border forms and crossing. He was an older gentlemen, shame we didn’t get his name! Journey was a bit longer than expected, given the time at the border and also the unbuilt roads towards them but these things can’t be helped

Roughly time, comfortable seats, driver only spoke Spanish so it was difficult knowing what was happening when we were delayed. We had to stop at a truck stop for 6 hours due to strong Patagonian winds. There was little communication and we didn't really know what was happening or how long it would be. The drivers didn't seem to know either and just shrugged when asked. A meal voucher would have been appreciated.

Bus itself was not so bad. But all announcement was only Spanish and no English. It is very inconvenient for foreigners. And it was delayed more than 2 hours from original schedule. I missed to pick up a rental car since operation hour was over.

The bus didn’t left El Chalten yet and i needed to keep paying on nights here and almost didn’t get in time to my cousin wedding, the company didn’t inform me anything until I got to the bus station. I expected at list an email about that. Really disappointing.
