The bus was ok but was frustrated with this particular trip. I booked a bus ticket for pinetown and when I did the check in they told me to get on bus 729, but they refused to drop me off in pinetown saying I got on the wrong bus yet clearly my ticket stated that I'm getting of in pinetown and it was them that told me to get on that particular bus this was a very big inconvenience I'm really disappointed even in the lack of remorse by the driver.

It was my first time but, I felt like a regular passenger. In short it was a great experience especially the driver before the departure he explained everything rules and called us family members. I found that very interesting and I felt like I was in flight ✈️ when the captain is explaining weather and estimated time of arrival. I really appreciate the courtesy and transparency from the driver, most of passengers had confidence in him, which is something we no longer think we are entitled to.
