The trip was great except for the delays. I arrived one hour 15 minutes late at Pinetown.

The bus is very comfortable, I liked everything about it.

Bus and seats was fine. Aircon controlled by bus drive while everyone was cooking !!! Pickup and drop-off point to far from highway. Wasting to much time making the 8 hour trip 10 hours.

It was my first time but, I felt like a regular passenger. In short it was a great experience especially the driver before the departure he explained everything rules and called us family members. I found that very interesting and I felt like I was in flight ✈️ when the captain is explaining weather and estimated time of arrival. I really appreciate the courtesy and transparency from the driver, most of passengers had confidence in him, which is something we no longer think we are entitled to.

It was ok, it’s just that the bus was cold at night.

First time using the company and I must say, very disappointing service. Passengers going to certain destinations were made to switch buses in Heidelberg. Also the arrival time was more than 2 hours behind schedule.

It as not the travel I left my bag on the bus and have no idea how to get hold of someone to see if it was handed in.

I didn't enjoy nothing about the trip. Firstly the bust left very late and also our driver was very rude. He kept on stopping on the side of the road with no explaining as what was happening
