I didnt enjoy anything , remove this bus from your services. I booked the bus but instead a bus used locally was the one that we had to take, a bus from IKhwezi came when we got to Pietermaritzburg,some passengers refused to take the bus so we left, when we got to Howick the driver got a call that was forcing him to return to Pietermaritzburg. We were so frustrated. The bus was slow, the rain was pouring inside the bus and there were cockroaches. We arrived in Pretoria at 7:10pm instead of 5:05 pm

I didn't appreciate having to change Buses on the way for no proper reason.

Poor service ,I traveled for more than 15hrs to get to my destination. I will never recommend your service to anyone. Bus came late was suppose to come 9h25, but came 10h30 am, and reached my destination at 21h00.🤦.😕

Trip was OK, however there was a breakdown in communication when the bus driver from Durban explained that there had to be change of busses in Pietermaritzburg, which was later postponed to happen in Harrismith, &just after transfered 2 luggage bags &going to grab some food from the shop in Montrose, the other bus took off with the bags &he had to followed where his bus was finally met along Heilderburg! Unnecessary stress from all the anxiety about bags being in another bus!
