The bus driver passed our pick up location without stopping, I called bigsky and the mentioned that the driver didn't know he/she was supposed to pick up someone from that pick up point

Greyhound did not pitch and no one informed us,thus we waited hours for a bus that wasnt making it's way to us and yet we were charged .I'm very disappointed in their service as a whole.Infact I consider this theft as I paid for a service they didnt deliver nor attend to .Never again will I buy a ticket from this app or Greyhound .Thanks
