The bus driver passed our pick up location without stopping, I called bigsky and the mentioned that the driver didn't know he/she was supposed to pick up someone from that pick up point

Greyhound did not pitch and no one informed us,thus we waited hours for a bus that wasnt making it's way to us and yet we were charged .I'm very disappointed in their service as a whole.Infact I consider this theft as I paid for a service they didnt deliver nor attend to .Never again will I buy a ticket from this app or Greyhound .Thanks

The worst experience the bus was 1 hour late and before we could leave it took another 30 minutes refilling and I had to attend an interview. When getting off there is a guy by the surname Jazile he was not even willing to help get my luggage out of the bus. I’m extremely disgusted … it was raining even the rain went into the bus
