Service not consistent. Great service on my return trip, but poor on my way to Durban. First boarded a wrong bus as my ticket was not checked in Bethlehem. Was rudely referred to as the Bethlehem lady and threatened to be dropped at whatever station if the bus got full as I was in the wrong bus. But I presented my ticket and it was not checked. This bus got to my station at the time that I was supposed to board. I had no way of checking if it was correct or not. My return trip was blissful and the crew was very professional.
