In all other areas, as per above survey Intercape delivered to standard, however the fact that the AC unit on the upper level where I was seated was not working made the experience one I would not like to repeat and will be traveling only Greyhound from now on forward.

Well the bus came a bit late which was not worrying but on our journey we had a very warm, comfortable and 15 min breakes on certain town, let me rather say the whole journey was enjoyable and ontime on our arrival.
