It was terrible no aircon worse the bus die, we spent a night on the road
The bus is in good condition, and the drivers are well-trained according to multiple reviews. Customers report safe journeys, almost on time arrivals, and clean buses, resulting in overall satisfaction with the service.
The bus had no heater inside,it was very cold,felt like we're sitting on the street,we froze for15hours and couldn't even sleep.Very unhappy about that.

Drivers are excellent
Good customer care but the bus was not good charging system not working, we had to wait for passengers that were left back in park station for almost an hour and that cost our meetings.
One passenger ask the driver why must we wait for people who did not keep to time, the driver answered "my manager instructed me to wait for them and I have to adhere to my manager's instructions" that was unprofessional from the manager to delay us because of people who did not keep time

I was sitting on sit 63 in an eagle liner. There're was wind coming through the window for the whole 13hour trip. It wad very cold. One of their drivers was rude.

Can the windows of the bus be fixed,I sit next to the window that was salotaped and the wind was so strong,so for such a long drive specially at night I found that very unfair.
