Very disappointed with the whole service of Intercape, the bus was slightly behind scheduled time for arrival. The bus was so stuffy inside with smell of the urine and all flooded with the suspected urine on the floor. The arrogance of the driver who did not show any humanity when one old woman collapsed in Mthatha. I have been using intercape since 2016, it had a tool class service not the one I experienced this time.

The bus was extremely late in Kokstad,about 4 hours .Subsequently, we didn't have anyone that was informing us on whether to jump off to get refreshments.We have to drop garbage on floor since we didn't have plastic bags for garbage.Let alone the overheating heater that was so unbearable have to cover that overheating metal with my blanket

My experience was horrible, the bus was late and do we really have to take an hour long brake? The fact that it said it'll arrive at 3pm only to arrive at 6pm is crazy, now I'm STRANDED and I have no one to come fetch me. Intercape should be ashamed of themselves.

The bus dropped me at Myata instead of Kokstad , I won't travel by APM again. I am still on the wa in the taxi that I was avoiding to travel by it.
