It was extremely bad, my daughter had to sleep in a room with 2 males that she didn’t know because the bus that picked them up from Cape Town was late then the connecting bus to Bulawayo left her. There are no help lines where I can reach the offices at night. The services are horrible. No accountability at ALL🙄

Bad, first bus Capetown-JoBurg had no chairs that could lean backwards, while is was a night travel. Secons bus from JobUrg to Bulawayo the staff refused to put on the electricity on the lower deck, I could not read while driving in the dark and I could not charge my cellphone
