Bus number 12 drove by Dube and Ndlovu, if I will use Swiss again I will avoid that bus or those drivers again. They caused us to delay at the boarder in Zim side for 2hrs 30mins and all they said was sorry and didn't bother to inform us what was the delay all about. This just shows no care for customers and a heavy feeling of entitlement.

Swiss Express have excellent service, you can book online plus they leave and arrive on time. In house service is good too, driver and assistants actually assist. Please keep it up. Kudos 👏 💐 🥳
