There must have multilingual interpreter on board because it's not only Zimbabwean who used their services and worked part on our to Zimbabwe on the 10th July bus get broken and they gave a passby bus before masvingo we were standing all the way till harare I was traveling with my uncle 73 year old men standing for such long trip that's so bad instead should supposed to get backup bus .on my return on the 14th the bus was good but bad thing is driver was stubborn switched air-conditioned it was so freezing as if we traveled by open bakkie even other passengers asking him on his language he was so stubborn till I endup having heated argument with him the drive doesn't belong to work with people he is stupid and moron since Greyhound was removed my family when visiting Zimbabwe we used this bus but since we had experienced this and I believe some people just been quite cause seems not having choice to better service but you guys bust have inspector which can pop up any time during travelling to get views of commuters. Great company, providing great service. Just has a few "bad apples" in employee's in Zim who have trouble understanding that customer is king. One of the employee was very rude when I was booking my ticket and talked to me like I'm their child or something. Other than that the rest of the employees were very professional

The drivers did not take time to introduce themselves to the passengers and never informed us on the travel journey pattern (eg like the places the bus would stop for refreshments and ablution usage. Arrival time was compromised by an hour due to delayed departure. The bus also allows vendors to get on board selling their wares, this puts people's valuables at risk, high risk of being stolen.
