Intercape Mainliner Mossel Bay Pretoria recent customer reviews
I actually made a mistake booking a mainliner than a sleepliner. Mainliner is so uncomfortable I enjoy the sleepliner more.

The bus was very cold, heater stopped working half way in our journey, bus floor completely wet. The one bus driver very friendly and helpful but the other driver rude and unpleasant. Overall trip not to bad and on time.

The drivers were very professional at all times. One thing I would have liked, as a first time bus traveller, is someone from InterCape at the depot who I could ask which bus I should take. I had to walk from one bus to the next, asking which one was the correct bus...
Users have reported that the bus service is punctual and customer-focused, with professional and competent drivers ensuring a safe journey for all passengers. Despite the long 19-hour ride being potentially uncomfortable, travelers appreciate the dedication of both drivers in maintaining safety throughout their trip.

Bus was a cockroach hotel, got stuck for 2 hours at weight bridge as our luggage was not weighted upon boarding and had to be repacked and in the event some removed. Bus engine cutout when aircon was switched on. Poor communication from crew.
