Because people were left on the 23:00 Bus which means that the booking team don't have proper stats if the bus is full or not.
3. If people have booked a double seat please make them to sit together
It is very irritating to go together and one is the front and the other is far at the back.

Worst customer service ever. Bus arrived in mokopane and I was asleep. Nobody checked that I get off. My wife called customer service several times to ask where I was and they hung up on her twice. I was let off in pietersburg and my wife had to drive there to pick me up. This all added up in cost on calls and fuel to R500 we didn't have and couldn't afford.
