My bus was canceled when I made it to dallas. The service was horrible. The bus ride was extremely uncomfortable and one bus didn't have air conditioning. The trip was basically for nothing because once I let the reason for my trip know that I was delayed, I was canceled. It's more than that. I did not enjoy this trip at all.
