As a new person to chicago, the staff didn't inform us very well that we have reached Chicago bus station and I was taking to Bloomington without knowing that we have passed Chicago. The driver refused to let me stand up to talk to him. Wasting over 8 hours again to return to my destination. Missing all I went to do
