I mean, it's Greyhound, so my expectations were only that I get there alive, but when I laid down $80 for a quick red eye trip to Dallas I must say I was disappointed that I didn't get $80 worth of value, by a long shot.

I received an email informing me that my 4 hour bus ride from Houston to DFW airport was replaced by an 8 hour ride on the same day, that would leave 2 hours earlier and arrive 1.5 hour later than my planned trip. When I showed up at the station to take the bus, I received another email telling me that the pick up location had been changed and gave me directions to the new location. I followed the directions & went to the new location, waited for 40 minutes, but the bus never showed up. I had to take an uber home.

The driver was not professional and made a 10 minute stop which I have never seen before at a big gas station. She said that eventhough the ticket indicates it takes a little over 3 hours to make the trip I was on with horrible weather she somehow dripped us off in front of the Omni over an hour early and told other people who were going on and Plano to stay on the bus because they were going somewhere to get another bus. She said that the bus we had just been on was "broken". All this made me confused and made me feel unsafe.
