This trip to Tampa, Florida was my first Red Coach experience. The driver was a very polite,prompt, poised,Love,Carolyn and prepared professional. He drove so carefully and expertly until I felt no fears. The driver was also a gentleman who carefully placed my luggage on the bus for me. It was a rainy day, but thanks to the driver I felt at home. The passengers were all well behaved and polite. The bus was clean and comfortable Red Coach gets an A+

The coach arrived almost an hour late. I messaged the company via WhatsApp to ask for an update and never got a reply. However, once finally onboard the coach it took us to our destination albeit an hour late.
