Bus Tickets from Seattle to Vancouver, CA

The bus driver left us at the border while we were at the customs without any notice. 1/10 would never recommend, stay the heck away.

Bus was late for over an hour, driver's check-in system was not working, there was a passenger smoking weed on the bus and it smelled throughout most of the ride and then the system showed that no people were going to Vancouver when there was a handful of us. We made it to the final destination but it also took forever when a highway ride to Vancouver can be done in 3 hours or less.

It was horrible, it was my first time booking this bus. The driver was straight up racist, she didn’t question anyone else except the Indians and asked all of them to pay for baggage(7kg) that was already included in the ticket. She was 50 minutes late from the scheduled time. And as I have heard from others experiences, there a stop just after crossing the border, in surrey, richmond and then final in Vancouver. She refused to stop anywhere and asked its better u guys get off at the border and walk all the way to nearest place where someone can pick us up.

I enjoyed my trip with Quick Shuttle. The driver Sameul is friendly and he can always give us clear instruction at each stop

Michael was excellent. He helped me find the bus with text and phone call when I had trouble finding the pickup point. He was very friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to assist all of his passengers

The trip was excellent. The bus arrived on time. The driver was outstanding, very courteous, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend him and your service to anyone.

Extremely disorganized, they are SO short staffed. The one guy who seemed to be the only person working was kind though. For someone who had never travelled with Amtrak, it was very confusing and stressful.

Delayed arrival due to clash with goods train also needing the time. Arrived over 1.5 hrs late which was very inconvenient for the pickup arrangements in Vancouver. Plus no platform and cramped slow immigration processing after a very delayed journey was pretty primitive.

It was smooth. So peaceful. Driver was helpful and good communicator. Starting bus service from Seattle airport would be great help for customers. Ride share and taxis service charges for getting to the station will effect negatively the future bookings of bus and train services for the person who have booked this time.

Terrible, Greyhound was no help, the bus was canceled and we had to figure out other options ourselves
