The problem I have is with staff, bad attitude; disrespect and lack of communication skills. They speak as if they own the bus and we just got a lift.

The staff was very unprofessional. I move to a open seat in front opposite the co-driver. He ask me to go and sit on his lap with my head on his shoulder. This was very unappropriated and made me felt very uncomfortable. This is sexual arrestment and totally unacceptable.
