There were 11 young males who were disrupting the bus, very foul and aggressive language. Nothing done to manage them. The bus died in Kingston on the way to Montreal, and there was zero communication to our whole bus for over an hour, while everyone sat and this group got progressively more aggressive. The eventual transfer to a new bus was chaotic, and there was conflict between staff and this group that felt unsafe. Surely, there are policies to help manage these things?

The bus was half full, which was great. The washroom had no toilet paper, nothing was flushing and the purel containers were empty. The bus left 10 mins late in Whitby and arrived 40mins late in Montreal. Otherwise, the ride was fine. I’ll ride again and bring with me toilet paper, hand sanitizer and make no plans upon arrival.
