Very poor. When we booked the advertising suggested a modern, comfortable bus with allocated seats. Not so. Furthermore we were told we could only use the toilet for ‘number 1’s’ (the driver’s words’. We were running late due to delays at the US border and as a result the next stop was limited to 10 minutes, which meant the driver had only a 10 minute break. He appeared to spend much of the trip talking in his phone and rarely had 2 hands on the steering wheel. Very disconcerting.

FlixBus system somehow showed that my ticket was “refunded” after the bus driver scanned it and let us in the bus from Toronto to Niagra Falls. He was telling us to get off the bus and FlixBus even told him to call the police if we didn’t get off.

At first the bus departing from Toronto was 30 minutes late and there was no reliable boarding place. It was more like a pick spot at the side of street. The toilet in bus was very dirty as well. No one ever cleaned it.
