Still on the way at this time,the bus was suppose to arrive at 9AM. I'm very disappointed.We spent 5 hours waiting for another bus to come and pick us at Kokstad

The seats were very comfortable and the toilet was clean and comfortable to use. What was bad is that the bus ended up arriving 3 hours later than the stipulated time. Another thing is that since i was going to Stellenbosch the bus didn't go directly there but stopped in Somerset west. There was no communication at all that there was a bus dropping us off at Stellenbosch, I had to spend more money requesting back because I only found out about the shuttle going to Stellenbosch when I was already on the road by uber. There was no clarification or indication at all that we'd receive that as we were immediately made to bring out our luggage. And as a first-time rider to Stellenbosch specifically that was very disappointing on top of the 3-hour delay too.
