Greyhound St. Louis Indianapolis recent customer reviews
My Journey to Indianapolis was quite interesting. I really like the bus driver he was very approachable.
I appreciate that he got us to our destination in Indianapolis safely and early. I must say the bus was a old and I had to change seats several times due to water leaking on top of my head. Otherwise, I had no additional problems but that the bus needed to be upgraded.
Please let the bus driver know that he was great and thank him for the chat.
Sincerely,
Courtney

I hope my round trip back home is better. My bus left 5 1/2 hours later than expected on the ride over to Indianapolis. Plus there were mo clear directions to the busport in St Louis. Even the terminal crew could not tell us where to catch the bus. The address given may have been the address in general for the whole airport. Signage unclear and we drove in circles looking for a busport which was actually across the hwy from the airport.

I was under the impression that we would get to our destination around 7:30 but didn’t make it until around 9. I understand there was a time change but I feel like the ticket should have reflected that time change if that was the case.
