Terrible. Our bus was like an hour late coming into Union Station and about 15 of us missed our connection to our next stop... I tried contacting Flixbus to tell them that we were stuck behind traffic but very close to the station to see if we could get them to wait for us, but by the time we got there (5 min past the scheduled time), the bus had left. I ended up having to purchase a separate ticket for $50 because their solution was to offer a free fare the next morning at 6 am... Will not be using again.

bus left early (was lots of traffic due to snow/weather conditions) and so I was stuck in traffic and missed the bus. wasn’t clear if bus would’ve been late or not.

They driver was late and there was no timely communication to that. The first bus was in good condition except that the plugs were not working and I couldn't charge my phone. The second bus we transfer to did not have plugs at all and it was smelling of urine.

Unfortunately I was not able to get internet with any consistency. It kept dropping off required a re-boot of my computer. I lost a day's work. This is the reason for taking the train, so that I could still get work done. I will likely look for an alternate form of transportation with reliable internet in the future. No washroom available in car # 5 from Ottawa to Toronto. One was locked out and the second one would not flush ( flashing green light). Staff was great but these issues were not their fault.
