Bus Tickets from Ottawa, CA to Belleville, CA

It was a big bus safe driving but the bus itself was not all that comfortable I have seat 10d and that was near exit I had nowhere to put my feet The seat inform me had a big piece for attaching to floor also seats dont go back much at all maybe 1 to 2 inch Also my electrical boxes broken off the wall and hanging down. I did not feel safe at all with it hanging down beside me It was a very full bus

My bus got canceled and I was not given a proper reason. It was not good, I had important matters to attend.

My bus did not show up, 15 of us waited for 3 hours and the bus didn't show. No way to contact anyone. I spent 60 dollars on Uber to get to the bus and back to my house.

Great new bus with plush leather seating. The only issue I have is that they recline too much into the seat behind. When the passenger infront of me reclined all the way back his headrest was pretty much just inches from my face. I couldn't even eat or take a drink. Very intrusive!

The bus wasn’t too crowded. We had a lot of space. The driver was very nice and the electric plugs and wifi were really good! However, the time of arrival changed because we had an unplanned stop and there was no way of finding out when we would get to the destination.

Everything went very well. The bus was on time. We reached my destination on time. I cannot complain.

Rider express Cancelled my bus, so went with FlixBus then on return went with book a ride. Nice ride.

The bus was unmarked so from the beginning i was creeped out a bit. Its smelled like pee the entire time. And the bus driver checked his phone several times while driving.

This trio was a nightmare. The bus had a 2hours delay communicated. Then 1h 30 delay with no communication. In total 3h 30 minutes delay reaching belleville at 0h 30 with no public transport and no taxis around and worse not even an apology or compensation. Pity
