I paid $100 to get from Ottawa to Peterborough and the bus did not take us to Peterborough because of a highway closure that they had previous knowledge of before our departure. I am very disappointed with FlixBus as I’m sure many other customers who were with me would also be.

The bus was initially late and then just didn't show up and i was waiting for 3 hours

Ride from and to destination was smooth with no problems, as 1st time users, the meeting point was extremely vague, got to Park & Ride and there were numerous areas for the bus to stop at, no signage for pick up. At Peterborough drop off and pick up area is a block from Tim Hortons why not say at Wendy's, and put a sign where to wait

There were two drivers for my trip from Ottawa. The first one seemed fine, but the second one was extremely incompetent. She lacked professionalism and seemed unfamiliar with basic driving skills. I felt unsafe throughout the journey. She struggled with tasks as simple as operating the windshield wipers and opening the bus door. Her driving was reminiscent of an inexperienced learner.
