Very impressed. Good driver. Efficient operation, took orders for refreshment stops ahead of time. Orders were ready upon arrival. Gently loaded bag so nothing broke. Bag was marked and owner verified upon arrival. Cleaned throughout trip. Even scrubbed the carpet after a passenger boarded with muddy feet.
There was no soap in the emergency restroom and the smaller tv on upper level didn't work but the customer service and overall experience was beyond perfect for such a long journey!

Very poor service, rude and disrespectful staff! Toilets stinks half of the bus full and don't get cleaned or checked up on not once on a 18drive,not one of the TV s is in working condition, water coming out of the small tap is green, I won't even wash my hands with it at all. Been using them for years but the last two times was a nightmare
