I have enjoyed the trip, your stuff was very friendly and tried their best to make us feel welcome, a gentle gave us few tips before we left JHB the dose and don'ts🤭 but in all honesty friendly.
The only challenge is recliner chairs that don't work, charging ports that need to be replaced, the air-conditioning really needs to be fixed,other than that, we had a safe journey.

It was the worse experience ever, the bus was late to pick us up, it was extremely hot as the aircon was not working the seat belt message kept going on, the bus had a bad smell, to top it all of we were 2 hours late on drop off, as the ticket said we would arrive at 5:35am however we arrived far after 7am, I missed a very important appointment. I am extremely dissatisfied. We did not even have a proper bathroom break on an almost 12 hour trip.

I booked for my daughter and when we were at the bus station we were told she is not on list, turned out she's on a list of a different bus which is citiliner while we booked with Greyhound, she was asked to go the offices and sort it out at night in park station offices and she's only 18, traumatic
