Greyhound Las Vegas Santa Ana recent customer reviews
The bus from Vegas was three hours late. The bus to Santa Ana was also missed. When I talked to customer service of union station, they were uncooperative and told to call the office for ticket. It was 12 hours journey and couldn’t sleep properly due to the bus delay and whole itinerary was messed up because of that.

My bus was late from Los Angeles to San Diego then the other bus, I was supposed to take from San Diego to Santa's Anna was gone. Then I had to wait in San Diego bus station for 3 hours to come to Santa Anna. This's bad service for a big transportation company like Greyhound. This will never happen in the UK.
