Bus Tickets from Kitchener, ON to Ottawa, CA

Seats were unbearable and caused such a backache. Way too cramped. No curtains. No legsspace.

The bus was cancelled last min and then I was put on a new bus with a transfer much later at night and the second bus was cancelled and I was stranded in downtown Toronto I left Kitchener at 6pm.

The trip was on time, and not so crowded. However, 10 minutes break was not enough for a 5 hours trip.

driver was super nice and drives comfortably. but the app should have the system showing where the buses are. i was almost about cry bus not coming on time. horrible experience.

I enjoyed everything

The movement was seamless and the driving was cautious and smooth

I booked a trip and final destination was supposed to be at 200 Commissioner street in Ottawa (i.e. downtown Ottawa), but the bus driver dumped us off at Bayshore Shopping Mall, on the outskirts of the city, due to Canada Day celebrations. He could have at least dropped us off at a city train/subway station.

They cancelled the first bus, but I didn't find out until several hours after the departure time. I wasted money trying to get to the bus on time, and missed my connection because I couldn't find alternate transportation in time.

Our first bus was over 45 minutes late, forcing us to take an Uber ($$$) in order not to miss our connection. The second bus was over 30 minutes late.
